Shipping policy

Within three days of receiving order confirmation, all USB Thumbdrive and DVD orders will be shipped. For all Digital Download orders, you can expect to receive the safe transfer download link within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping times both domestically (within the U.S.) and internationally have predicted timelines for arrival, however, we cannot be held accountable for variances in carrier's actual shipping times. Deliveries internationally have an especially large range for actual arrival time, consider ordering the Download if you'd like your Digital Manual files immediately.
